Buying a kitchen can be a daunting prospect. It needn’t be. From design concept to installation, we will project manage through every stage of your Project to make the whole process as easy and simple as possible.

STEP 1 - MEET

Our initial consultation is free of charge. At this stage we spend time getting to know you and how you will use your new kitchen, so we understand what you require from your space. Do you want an open-plan kitchen that flows into your living area or is your kitchen a family area that needs to be child-friendly and durable? Whatever your brief our experience and design flair coupled with extensive product knowledge allows us to tailor our design to fit your individual requirements. We will explore any inspirations you may have collected to guide our design direction.

We will gladly meet at your property or at our boutique studio in West London. Although we don’t have a High Street presence we have a private studio in West London, where you can experience our beautiful selection of contemporary and classic kitchens and bedrooms; cabinets, door samples and handles and appliances can be viewed as well as a wide array of worktop options.

We work from an architect’s plans, or we can visit your property to take measurements.

STEP 2 - DESIGN

Using the very latest Computer Aided Design we will produce fully costed designs along with measured drawings and photo realistic images of your designed space. State-of-the-art technology means we are able to produce ‘colour matched’ graphics which can be viewed from any perspective, to give you the most accurate graphic visualisation possible to really bring everything to life.

This process takes our designers a considerable amount of time. At this stage we make a small charge of £250 which is fully refundable when you place an order.

We can facilitate flexible finance options should you wish to spread the cost of investing in your dream kitchen.

STEP 3 – CONFIRMATION OF ORDER & DELIVERY

Your designer will discuss all aspects of your order, answering any questions you may have. They will also outline the next steps, so you know exactly what to expect.

To protect your furniture and appliances it is important they are always placed in a suitable environment. Should it become necessary, we can offer secure and safe storage facility.

STEP 4 - INSTALLATION

When it comes to installation, we will liaise closely with other tradesmen, if required, to ensure the process is as smooth and seamless as possible. We can install your kitchen should you wish. Or, for added flexibility we are happy to work with your builder or chosen installer.
